Bořanovice and the neighboring town of Líbeznice offer a full range of community amenities and quick access to Prague. Preschools, schools, shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Transportation to the capital is regular and seamless, yet the area retains its peaceful, rural character.
This boutique development, with only nine units, creates a safe and welcoming environment for family life. The enclosed courtyard with a playground provides space for play and neighborhood gatherings, where children grow up together and parents can keep an eye on things.
The shared courtyard, which is part of the project, naturally brings residents together and fosters friendly neighborly relationships. As a place for get-togethers, summer gatherings, or informal celebrations, it creates an atmosphere that is often missing in large residential projects.
Bořanovice, Líbeznice, and the surrounding area have a long history and a peaceful, rural character. Bořanovice’s roots likely date back to the mid-13th century. The project sensitively respects the local development and blends in with the scale and atmosphere of the surrounding buildings.
Family is the most precious thing we have. Time spent with those we care about forms the basis of a happy life. Dvůr Bořanovice offers an environment where you can live your family story to the fullest – peaceful, safe, and yet full of possibilities. A place where moments spent together are not the exception, but the everyday norm.
